It is hard to believe that this is already my final blog post. Admittedly, writing blog posts every week initially seemed rather tedious. However, it became one of my favorite things to do in this class. Blogging provided me with an outlet to express my views and opinions on some of the difficult issues and topics discussed in this course. Additionally, being able to read my classmates' blogs exposed me to other points of view that I might not have considered, especially since many of them are already in the classroom. I think that this course has really helped me to better understand the inner workings of our school systems and the complexities that are often overlooked. It has also forced me to ask myself some serious questions about my opinions on education that I haven't really given much thought to prior to this course. Additionally, I have become more familiar and comfortable with potentially implementing new forms of technology in my classroom. I am confident that I will be able to apply the knowledge and skills that I've gained in this course once I actually get into the classroom and begin teaching.
